Lowdown: Formerly
held in March, Hollywood's biggest tribute to itself has been pushed forward to late February when dolled-up celebs congregate at Hollywood & Highland's new Kodak Theatre for Oscar Night. Don't expect to get anywhere near the entrance of this private, high-security
event to catch a glimpse of your favorite stars outside
(for a savvy approach, book reservations at celebrity-friendly hotels and restaurants well in
advance). Bleacher seats are traditionally offered on a lottery basis. But most important, there is no hotter weekend in L.A.
