Late brunch? Snack on crispy pig ears, and wash it down with the PBR special, served with a Parmesan-topped Bloody Mary shooter. Mon–Thu 11:30am–3pm and 5:30–11pm, Fri 11:30am–3pm and 5:30pm–midnight, Sat 6pm–midnight, Sun brunch 11am–3pm, 5:30–10pm. $$

The Biltmore
The Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Ave., Coral Gables, 305-445-8066
biltmorehotel.com

The Draw: One of the most sumptuous brunches in town, with lavish stations, a wall of desserts, and live entertainment—all in a captivating Mediterranean courtyard.
The Scene: Follow the fragrance of melting butter wafting through the palms, and nosh on an abundance sushi, caviar, seafood, waffles, eggs made to order, salads, paella, barbecue, bananas Foster, crepes, and sundaes, and wash it down with unlimited Champagne. Daily 6:30am–10:30pm (Sunday brunch 10am–2pm). $$$
Hot Tip: If you’re a hotel guest, you’re guaranteed seating. If not, book the 10am seating to make sure you won’t have to wait for a table.

Hakkasan
4441 Collins Ave., Mid-Beach, 786-276-1388
fontainebleau.com

The Draw: Dark and dramatic, and perhaps the most stunning of the Fontainebleau’s top-flight restaurants, this U.S. outpost of the Michelin-starred London restaurant serves impeccable dim sum on weekends.
The Scene: With precious few dim sum choices in Miami, Hakkasan quickly became a favorite way to spend a leisurely afternoon, one exquisite soup dumpling at a time. Congee, stir-frys, soups, and fried and steamed specialties are served in as elegant a venue as you’re likely to see this side of Hong Kong. Tue–Sun 6pm–close. Dim sum noon–3pm. $$$$
Hot Tip: Get a break on the pricey valet parking if you’re not a hotel guest by validating your ticket at the restaurant.
